okie...this is probably gonna be a v lame entry...

basically ive heard v good reviews about the game fatal frame...n was doing some random searches on yahoo auctions when i came across a really good buy...fatal fram I & II 4 xbox was going 4 juz $30...original...n yah...i bidded 4 it...now waiting 4 the closing of the deal...yupz...

was pretty excited about it...n shared my excitement with andy n raymond...

apparently raymond has completed fatal frame II & III...n short of defeating the last boss 2 complete fatal frame I~! yah...n man...he had alot 2 share about the game...making me more excited but at the same time...feel spooked...-_-" haha~!

andy's not a gaming kindda person...but he does make an exception 4 certain games...n i guess this is 1 of them cos he was actually interested in it~! haha...yupz...i tot it would be fun 2 hav company 2 play the game also...n of cos boost my courage considering the genre of the game...=P

in case ure wondering...fatal frame basically involves solving mysteries within n around a haunted mansion...with all kinds of ghosts along the way...2 kill 'em...u catch them on film with this antique camera...yupz...ttz roughly wat itz about lah...of cos got story line also lah...haha...

okie...the thing is...i juz watched a gameplay video on youtube...yah...juz ONE of it...

n then im starting 2 ask myself...

if i actually dare 2 play the game...

lolz~! serious~! the game is really spooky~! raymond was saying itz the horror games of all horror games~! yah...i do watch horror movies n stuff...in fact 2 a certain extent i do enjoy watching 'em...but fatal grame is an interactive gameplay...so i guess itz gonna be like more horrifying than any horror movies? =P

my youngest bro clement watched it 2...n he definitely doesnt think tt the game is a good idea...haha...

2006 was a rather good yr 4 me...although it may seem rough at 1 point or another...everything juz falls in place eventually...not 4getting the peeps who've gone thru the ups n downs with me...many many thanx~! 2007 will be an even better yr~! =D

yupz...i juz turned 24 2day...slowly feeling age catching up with me...haha...thanx 2 all 4 their wishes~! hehe...appreciate it lots~!

had an early celebration with my family last weekend...n 2day i met jonaphine 4 dinner...she was gonna give me a treat n decided 2 go 2 jewel box at mt. faber...n so we did~! hehe...thanx gal...=P kindda feel paiseh actually...haha...=X

the place had a really nice ambience...really suitable 4 couples or 4 going on dates...it was like stepping into a fairy tale...yupz...n 2day was the last day they had the christmas program~! so we managed 2 catch some "snow" (foam)...hehe...yupz~! the food was great also~!

the day ended with a cable car ride which headed 2 sentosa n looped bak 2 harbour front...the last time i took cable car with with my grandpa when i was really young~! think i was 4 or 5 then...

really enjoyed myself...once again...thanx gal~!

exams r starting on 15nov...which is like damn soon? feeling really stressed...fearing tt there's not enuf time 2 study n all tt...this sem. is crazee...modules r heavy with a big-scale project 2 top it up...not 4getting the usual lab n 2 lab reports...oh well...

itz weird how i'd want time 2 pass slower so tt i hav more time 2 study...n yet would want time 2 pass faster so tt i can see some1 sooner...

after waiting 4 so long after the application...i finally got a reply from the sch~!!! i applied 4 an interviewing company (Siemens) n hav been waiting 4 so so long 2 know of my interviewing schedule...all my frenz who applied 4 interviewing companies already gotten their interview dates n went 4 the interviews oredi...then i was kindda paranoid tt i wun get a chance...n i finally received an email 2day~!

i was looking out 4 the interview date n then i saw tt i didnt hav 2 go 4 the interview at all~! i got the attachment vocation~!!! WOOHOO~!!! i hav confirmed my place in an interviewing company while others r still waiting 4 their interview results...hehe...4 those who didnt apply 4 interviewing companies...they'll only know in december...okokie...seriously...im not gloating or wat here okie...juz "narrating" the scenerio...serious~! =]

yes...dumb...ttz how im feeling now...haha...

okie...met up with alex n lionel 2day...we each had a manhatten burger with different fillings...the shop is located at PS basement...it was fantastic~! yeah~! definitely worth the money...4 those who lurve carl's junior...cast tt aside n "convert"~! =P

after tt we were deciding wat show 2 watch...deciding between "nacho libre" n "mortuary"...alex n i felt it was more worth it watching a horror movie but couldnt really convince lionel...so ended up tossing a coin...which led us 2 watching "mortuary"...okie...itz classified under the horror n thriller genre...BUT it really is a COMEDY...yes...c-o-m-e-d-y...comedy...u got tt right...we couldnt stop laughing n were extremely amused n ridiculed by the whole movie~! yes...waste of money...the same director as "poltergeist" n "the texas chainsaw massacre" leh~! gosh...mr director...wat happened 2 ur talent? =X haha...oh well...

n then came the main highlight of the day...the greatest joke actually...u see...3 of us walked over 2 the newly renovated cathay...n had 2 cross over this rope "barricade"...there were 2 of these "barricades" we needed 2 cross...1 was at the height of the knee...the other was at the height of the ankle...this person crossed over the higher 1 without any problems...but had his slipper caught in the lower 1...n ended up falling...YEAH~! dumb~! haha...tt person was me...yes...urs truly...

i landed on my knees n palms...thank GOD tt only the right knee had abrasion...the other 3 limbs were juz sore...yah...when i fell...i really saw everything in slow motion b4 hitting the ground...haha...yes...im serious~! n then "bam~!" i landed...n my primary concern was tt i didnt get my adidas shorts dirty or damaged...haha...i didnt even realise i had gotten abrasion until the 2 of them told me 2 go wash up...haha...yeah...

n alex has 2 actually tell me he was refraining from laughing cos he was my fren...but i told him tt i found it darn funny as well n all 3 of us started laughing...haha...man...it was such a dumb fall~! i haven really fallen down in a long time...not 2 mention getting abrasion~! duh...well well...guess i better go wash the wound with some anti-septic 2 prevent it from getting infection...=]

woohoo~! met up with the jelly club yesterday...yeah...a name given 2 a group of my frenz bak then when we were juz 17...=P well...not every1 was there though...out of the group...a pity tt phyllis, dolorece n jolyn couldnt be with us...xiaohui's new bf joined us though...chee guan...hMmmmm...cant really comment much yet...but wish them all the best...=D

had a great time at KTV...the 10 dollars club...free flow of drinks n 1 bowl of sharks fin...1st time there...not bad at all...=P we sang a song specially 4 xiaohui....zhang hui mei's "wo yao kuai le"...she liked it~!

OMG~! gotta meet up more often man...haha...they're all working n im still studying...but it wun be soon b4 i join them in the work force~! =]

an invitation was extended n now im considering if i should go n play in westwinds band...dunno if im up 2 standard anot..also not sure if i can give the needed committment on top of my studies...but it would definitely be an honour 2 play in the band...more over...quite a few of my band frenz r there 2...would be great 2 be able 2 play with them all over again like the good old times...=] pondering pondering pondering.............

okie...when i brought aries home...i tot she was mute or something...cos she didnt bark...but then again...i read tt cavalier king charles were quiet dogs so i didnt really bother...n then...on fri. while playing with her...she barked twice~! didnt bark on sat. though...n 2day...she barked when i was playing with her as she was really excited~! so cute~! haha...but thankfully she only barks when she's excited during play...

at the same time...she really knows how 2 whimper n show the pitiful face when she does something wrong n gets scolding or knows she's gonna get scolding...haha...yah...but...shall not compromise~! =P

yup~! i finally got my 1st puppy~! well...muz give a big "thank you" 2 andy 4 going "dog-hunting" with me...from pet farms in pasir ris, 2 pet safari in simei, 2 serangoon gardens, 2 marine parade, 2 clementi...ALAS~! aries was "discovered at farmart in choa chu kang~!

at 1st...really held back cos of the price...yah...i was quoted 1.5K...called bak once 2 negotiate on the price n the shop owner, uncle william, said he'll include a packet of food...i was like...okie...then continued 2 consider...n decided 2 call bak a 2nd time 2 try 2 bring the price down...well...he didnt bring the price down but he threw in a whole lot of items 4 me...which amounted 2 about at least 250bucks...n i didnt need 2 buy anything else after tt...yup...i felt it was more worth it then...uncle william was really nice also...giving me assurances n guarantees...=D

initially i planned 2 bring aries home only 2day...but i couldnt hold bak...haha...so i brought her home immediately after her 2nd jab - on wed...=P andy accompanied me once again n he "documented" the entire process...haha...many thanx once again~! =]

she was rather teary when she was put into the carrier n i brought her out of the shop...guess ttz normal cos it'll be the 1st time she was leaving the shop...n be brought 2 her new home~!

she didnt wanna eat initially...n didnt know how 2 drink from the water bottle...but she's eating n drinking well now...so...yup~! ttz great~! but still in the process of toilet training her though...isnt as simple as i tot...bleah~!

although it has only been 3 days since aries was brought home...she has certainly grown...she's more swift now n more responsive as well...=] andy took more pix of her...find them really cute if i say so myself...here they r~! =P

haha...ariEs is...my puppy bitch~! lol...she juz had her 2nd vaccination yesterday n i took her home after tt...=P well...she was quite drowsy n stuff yesterday...but she's almost bak 2 normal 2day~! yupz...i finally managed 2 get my parents into agreeing 2 me having a dog...my 2 younger brothers really wanted 1 2~! in fact...we've wanted 2 hav a dog since we were kids...n we finally fulfilled tt~! =D

she's a cavalier king charles spaniel...was born on 4 april 06...yeah...she's alightly more than 2 months old now...yup...still v young...she's simply adorable n lovable...really curious n inquisitive...hope we can bring her up well~!

well...some updates~!

Thailand Trip (5-9 may)
the 5d4n thailand trip with andy was almost all about food~! haha~! surprisingly didnt do much shopping this time round...both of us put on alot of weight...n kindda got paranoid about the extra pounds n inches...badddd...but thankfully we're slowly losing it liao...=P

day 1
met andy after my last paper n we headed straight 4 the airport...had lunch at fish n co. b4 boarding the plane...

when we reached thailand n settled down in our hotel (white orchid hotel in chinatown)...it was way past dinner time~! we were famished~! headed out immediately 2 scavage 4 food immediately after putting down our luggage...muahaha...the room was okie loh...nothing worth mentioning...but really not 2 bad considering the price we paid...got daily buffet breakfast some more...anyway...it was gonna be 4 lodging only...so...didnt bother tt much~! =P

we walked around abit b4 settling 4 this chinese restaurant...had tom yam soup, hotplate shirmpball with cutterfish, n crispy noodles with beef...they looked so-so...but tasted fantastic~! got standard 1 leh~! (yah...i 4got 2 bring my cam with me 2 the restaurant so there r no pix...bleah...=P)

day 2
okie...many pple hav told me tt they went on a shopping frenzy at chatuchat...but both of us juz didnt find anything fantastic 2 buy~! ended up getting 2 bags (but not 4 ourselves), cute voodoo dolls, some weird squash balls 4 fun...yah...ttz it~! surprising huh...spent 6 hours there some more...haha...*shrugs*

then headed 2 the hotel 2 dump our stuff b4 heading 4 MBK...had lunch at sushi tei...rather disappointing as compared 2 the 1 in singapore...but still not 2 bad...yup...

walked around but didnt get anything...then had dinner at KFC...thailand's KFC is definitely better than singapore's...the chicken is much more juicy n tender...not overly oily n tastes nicer as well...

went 2 siam square n then siam paragon...basically the number of brands tt they hav over there beats singapore flat~! they brought in so many brands tt singapore doesnt hav...even their supermarket at siam paragon has so much more 2 offer...siam square carried the mid-range brands...n siam paragon carries the high end luxury brands...yup~!

there was this brand of ice-cream called "ice-cream factory" or something...S$6 for 2 scoops of blackforest cold-fried ice-cream...chocolate ice-cream, brownies, pie cherries, chocolate chips...the whole concogtion was really thick...was more than worth the money~!

woke up late~! haha...then went 2 gaysorn 2 walk walk abit...well...it was similar 2 siam paragon...but smaller...had lunch at MBK foodcourt...had quite a selection 4 200baht only~!

walked around n got some t-shirts n sandals...then headed bak 2 the hotel 4 a short rest b4 having the best meal of the trip~!

well...time really flies...it seems not long ago when eugene took over me as assistant manpower officer...n now he's gonna ORD oredi...*zoom* time flies...yah...n then he'll be joining me in NTU~! kelvin is gonna ORD also...juz not tt soon...=X haha...n lionel...guess he'll be posting out soon? yup yup...

ello peeps...im done with 6 papers le...1 more left on friday...all i can say is tt...i think i kindda screwed up badly this sem...hannor...sux...dunno wat went wrong also...*sobz* shall hope 4 the best ba...ive done my best oredi...hopefully NTU system does some justice 2 tt? or hopefully the moderation does so...haha...yupz...

caught memoirs of a geisha with andy yesterday afternoon...omg...it was fantastic~!!! great storyline...great development of plot...great acting by all the actors n actresses~!!! the likeable characters were really likable...the detestable characters were really detestable...the pitiful characters were really pitiful...really fantastic...each of them played their distinctive role so well~!!! yupz~!!!

my family alwez has our reunion dinner 1 week earlier...n on new year's eve...we'll hav our reunion dinner with the extended family...this year we went 2 dragon city restaurant at copthrone hotel...it was fabulous~!!! woohoo~!!! then after the dinner...my 2 younger bros n i had a crazee time in the car taking some retarded pix...haha...=P

a "snack" served while we were waiting 4 our food...itz those kindda japanese beans in the pod...1st time i ate it cooked this way...it had a tinch of spiciness n saltiness...nice...=P

"fuo tiao qiang" aka "buddha jumps over the wall" - 1 word...heavenly...

pork ribs~! i hav nvr eaten such tender n juicy pork ribs in my life~! n the gravy was really unique as well...a sweet n sour kindda taste...

peking duck~! crispy yet juicy...n not oily at all~! the only place tt serves better peking duck is the golden peony restaurant at conrad hotel...

a kind of really really long bean...4got the name liao...haha...was fried with minced pork n some kindda "dou4 jiang4"...

sea cucumber + black mushrooms + fish maw + spinach...the ultimate combination 4 a dish such as this...yum~!

a really refreshing dish...itz chicken + fish wrapped with bacon...n topped with mango sauce...the taste of each meat really compliments each other n the flavours did not clash at all~! the mango sauce was really nice as well...although this was kindda deep fried...it wasnt oily at all~!

dessert~! honey dew sago...wat a way 2 end the dinner~! the best honey dew sago ive tasted so far...itz not like coconut based or wat...itz really sago in honey dew puree...*drool*

oh yah...there was yu sheng also...but i didnt take any pix of it cos...it looks the same? haha...yah...but it did taste better than those ive tried b4 lah...haha...but then again...nothing compares 2 those home-prepared 1s...=P

i had a dream yesterday...n the weird thing is...i remembered most of it~! haha...or maybe i did miss out the most important part lah...haha...but dunno why i had this dream also...definitely the weirdest dream i had (tt i can rem.)...haha...

the setting was in a cafe/restaurant...i was with sean...the place was rather packed n we were told we had 2 wait some time 4 our food...then sean went away 2 meet his fren/cousin (since the food would take some time)...leaving me all alone...i didnt see any logic 4 this though...haha...

there after...a big table of pple left n another group of pple came in...haha...guess wat? my bro, clement, n his frenz...they were asking me why i was alone n all tt...n some how...the place seemed rather chaotic...dunno why...then i got really angry n fed up...haha...n then...sean's order came...it was some noodle in soup...was about 2 text him 2 come bak 4 his food when my bro's fren, cheryl, called me...i was like...cheryl? (4 record...i do not hav cheryl's hp no...but in my dreams...when my phone rang...it displayed "cheryl"...weird huh)...haha...so i started toking 2 cheryl...she was crying n crying...but i cant really rem. wat izzit about...

i decided 2 eat sean's portion n order another portion...cos it wouldve been soggy by the time he got bak...(this sounds so duh)...then continued toking 2 cheryl over the phone...continued eating...n juz grew angrier n angrier despite being sympathetic over the phone...haha...n when i finished half the bowl of noodles...sean came bak with his fren/cousin (who wasnt originally with us)...n he was like all smiles n so happy...n then i was like so pissed...told cheryl 2 hold on so i could tell sean 2 order another bowl 4 himself...

at this juncture...i woke from my dream...dotz...n when i woke from my dream...i could feel my heart pounding oh-so-hard against my chest lah~! n still felt angry...haha...

brought my 2 lil cousins out 2day...played arcade...had kfc...n watched "chicken little"~! well...the plot was simple...yup...but it was cute~! hehe...= P i didnt know wat the movie was about at 1st...n when it turned out 2 be tt kindda alien invasion kindda show...i was like...wow? haha...of cos...there it depicts a story of a lil chicken opening up 2 his father...n his father eventually learning 2 believe in his son...yupz~! the characters were all really cute as well...i liked the fish especially...jasen...bao chi xing xiang...i know the fish v cute...muahaha...= D

then brought my lil cousins 2 walk around city hall area...well...brought them 2 see toys n stuff...but i'll stop by at every sports apparel shop which had the possibilty of selling puma stuff...cos there's this pale green puma singlet tt i really wanted 2 get~! n after combing the whole of city hall area...i found it at my last stop~! woohoo~!!! so happy can? = P every shop i stepped into had no more stock oredi...yun dao loh...yup yup~! at least now i got it le...

okie okie...as some of u will know...my lower pair of wisdom tooth will hav 2 be surgically removed...n i was told by my dentist 2 get a referral letter from the polyclinic as there was a possibility of subsidy...so i decided 2 make a trip down 2day...but the problem is...urs truly has nvr been 2 a polyclinic b4...so i had 2 ask quan n ivan about the procedure...which made me sound like an absolute dim wit...at the same time...i was rather amused as well~! haha...

i went 2 the ang mo kio polyclinic cos the 1 nearest 2 my place (toa payoh polyclinic) was under renovation...n i was so thankful 2 see keehong there~! woohoo~! he was still serving his ns n sent the trainees 2 report sick...hehe...= P so basically sua ku me had somebody 2 guide me~! lol...= P

met up with grace n pammy 4 lunch n movie 2day...we watched "just like heaven"...it was...really...like heaven~! haha...a really sweet romance-comedy kindda movie n was adapted from marc levy's novel "if only it were true"...well...it kindda reminded me a little of the movie "ghost"...the leads - reese witherspoon n mark ruffalo were definitely a winning pair...2 put it simply...the movie is about how these 2 destined-for-each-other characters eventually get 2gether...yup...GO WATCH~!!! this movie gets 5/5 stars from me...= P muz muz muz muz watch...esp. 4 those who like 2 watch movies on romance...yupz~!

met up with my buddy nanxing 4 lunch, shopping n movie 2day...been sometime since we've went out...= P well...i bot 2 polo ts from canterbury~! hehe...yupz~! then we went 2 watch "the exorcism of emily rose"...hMmmmmm...4 those who r easily disturbed by supernatural movies...please watch it with some1 who is "zai" n not so easily shaken okie? haha...but if ure the type tt will be VERY disturbed by supernatural movies n hav post-horror-movie-effects such as sleeplessness, nervousness n stuff...please dun watch...hMmmmmmm...the names jonaphine n karina suddenly came 2 mind...haha~!!!

well...the show is another muz watch...n i give it a rating of 4.5/5...yup...itz tt good...the show is based on a true story n i guess itz a continuation of the epic horror movie "the exorcist"...yah...fills up alot of gaps...n the focus is more on the post-exorcism trial...of cos...there r flashbacks where they bring u bak 2 the actual occurance of the possession n stuff as well...i alwez wanted 2 watch a movie which would give me a better idea of wat the whole thing was about...yupz...n this is it~! really admire emily rose 4 choosing 2 bear testimony 2 the existance of demons n the supernatural...yup...she couldve easily chosen the ez way out...

oh man...my 1st ever exams at NTU r in less than 1 month's time~! somehow, im feeling rather paranoid about it. yah loh...this feeling is so weird. been studying n trying 2 make the most of my time, but sometimes, juz cant seem 2 concentrate or even start studying, especially those subjects tt require memory work. they totally suck~!!! then sometimes, although i hav studied oredi, it feels as if i haven studied at all~!!! haha...

well...i was at the airport with byrant di studying 4 most of the weekend. fri evening 2 sat morning, then sat evening to sun morning. itz really no joke i tell u, but at least there is like almost no distraction? yupz~! other than studying, it certainly was great having this di of mine around. = D

met up with emily mei 4 lunch yesterday...yupz...went 2 fish n co...they got us settled down n stuff...then the waitress goes "good afternoon, our soup of the day is clam chowder. we regret 2 inform u tt the fish n chips n stingray r not avaiable..." after she left our table...mei n i were like..."what?~!" haha...so we left n made our way 2 billy bombers~!

okie...call me sua ku or wat...but itz the 1st time i was there...= P oh...the cod fish n chips was v nice~! haha...it costs more than fish n co's fish n chips but was definitely nicer...the fish wasnt too oily...the crust wasnt 2 thick...the fishy smell n taste was not so prominent...yupz~! fantastic...n u hav a choice of the potato salad or french fries...i urge every1 2 opt 4 the potato salad~! haha...yup yup~! try it n u'll know why...the french fries aint 2 bad also...but the potato salad is alot alot better...tried the fries cos mei ordered this sandwich which came with fries...yup~!

n then we started toking n toking n toking...haha...sooooooooooo much 2 catch up~! n it has been 1 yr plus since i last met up with her...haha...= P knew her when i was in sec 3 n she was in sec 2...yupz...itz kindda heart-warming 2 know tt there r pple u grow up with u...seeing each other change n all tt...n being there 4 each other along the way...yup...mei was 1 such person...*hugz~!* haha...

she has grew up from this bubbly cutesy sngs girl...2 a (still) bubbly n fine young-lady in the making who's now an undergrad in ntu...yupz~! grew vertically but shrunk horizontally...hehe...= P thru the years...im really glad tt both of us share the same frequency n wavelength...we nvr did hav problems connecting n relating at all...n i do mean...at all...haha...yupz~! really thankful 4 this mei...= )

well...2day was a great meet-up~! we agreed 2 meet up more often~! some more in the same sch leh~! haha~! no more excuses...on my side at least...hehe...= P

yupz~! met up with bro weiliang 2day (as in saturday)...haha...met him at 4pm at amk mrt...then made our way 2 city hall area...

made our way 2 marina square 2 get tix 4 "the myth"...yupz...we were both wanting 2 watch it...okie...i wanna comment tt the architectural structure of marina square sux big time~! itz like some maze or labyrinth~! grrrrrrrrrr...finding our way around literally irritated us~! initially we were curious 2 see wat the renovated marina square would be like...but when we were there...we wished tt we didnt find out...haha...yah...was really bad...the shops were of quite a good variety though...yupz...so...itz a place i would recommend 2 those who like puzzles in the midst of shopping...n of cos burning those calories due 2 all the walking as well...haha...= P

since the show would start only at 6.50pm...we went 2 walk around...moved 2 suntec...staying at marina square could irritate the hell out of us...haha...yupz...then had dinner at crystal jade kitchen...n made our way thru the maze...bak 2 the cinema at marina square...= P

okie..."the myth"...itz definitely a show i would recommend~! yupz~! 4/5 stars~! lolz...really liked the way the whole story was pieced 2gether...liked the battle scenes...liked the progression of the story...the character development...transitions n all tt...a muz watch~! = P yah loh...the story line is quite interesting...dun wanna spoil it 4 u all...haha...go watch go watch~! haha...

after the movie...we made our way 2 town...yupz...walked around abit b4 settling down in swensen's...where we chatted n chatted n chatted...ate as well of cos...haha...yupz...well...we really had a heart-2-heart talk...im really glad tt he's growing up on the rite track...yupz~! = D this big bro of his here will be here 4 him along the way...= ) still cant help but feel so happy n relieved tt he's walking again...although there r still some lil problems here n there...yah...still cant 4get how my heart sunk the 1st day he told me about his injury loh...yah...

oh yah...both of us drink alot of water...but 2day...our bladders seemed 2 hav problem holding the usual volume of water...which is weird~! haha...visited the washroom more often than usual~! lolz...dunno how 2 put it down...but it was really funny...= P we were like deciding whether 2 go or not 2 go tt kindda thing...n when 2 go as well...haha...

okie...b4 i start blogging about the happenings of the day...lemme juz say tt as i was gonna use 1 of the computers in the library in sch...i got a shock...yah...the picture below would explain why...

yah~! i was like gonna pull in my chair 2wards the table then suddenly these 2 legs from the opposite side shot over~! they were raised quite high loh...then i looked over 2 see...the female species on the other side isnt tall loh...haha...= P im not being mean here orite...juz stating some statistics...haha~! n im not exaggerating...i did get a shock~! not a bad 1 lah...but totally didnt expect 2 see a pair of legs in this manner lah~! haha...

oh yes...toking about interesting happenings...chang quan (jarrell) was inexcusably blur 2day...oh man~! a 2-be-engineer mistook the open button on the inside control panel of the lift 4 the close button~! yun dao~! haha~! 2 make things more interesting...there were pple in the lift with us~! pple we dunno~! haha...he was like pressing n pressing...wondering out loud why the lift door wouldnt close...then i took a peep 2 see...n realised tt he was pressing the wrong button~! oh no~! haha~! then somebody can still say tt he is more accustomed 2 the metallic buttons...instead of the "plastic" 1s in the lift we were in...DUH...lolz...oh no...quan is gonna kill me~! = P

okie...then we decided 2 make our move...hMmmmmmmmmm..."reunited" with celine...we were at wisma...celine n i were making our way 2 paragon...n weiliang was going 2 coffee club express at somerset 2 meet his poly frenz...so yah...we continued chatting n parted at the road junction...then celine recommended eating at this chinese restaurant at paragon basement~! oh man~! the food was fantastic~! we order won ton noodles, shrimp n egg fried rice, n xiao long bao~! it was really really nice~! crystal jade~! uve been eliminated from the competition~! = P yes yes...it was reallky good...4got the name of the shop though...but there's only 1 of such shops in the basement of paragon...so u cant miss it~! spent a total of about $32 which i felt was really worth it...yah loh...yummy~!

oh yah...bumped into my officer cadet junior ivan seah outside paragon...where the police recruitment booth was set up...he's taken over my squadmate kai-quan in the recruitment branch of the manpower department...looking really smart in the police bushjacket~! yup...glad tt he likes the job~! ooooh...heard tt a bunch of gals went 2 get his number~! but he didnt give it 2 them...haha...= P

after dinner...i went 2 visit my stylist 4 a slight trim n maintenance...then we continued walking around abit b4 making our way home...yupz~!

2day is a great day~! woohoo~! at least i managed 2 unwind a little after a hectic week at sch...YEAH~!

met up with 2 of my "wives" to celebrate tingli's bday yesterday. sadly, the rest couldn't make it due to work committment, health n personal issues. although it was only the 3 of us - zhiying, tingli n myself, it was really great fun as usual. haha~! was sooooooooooooooo full lah~!

1st, we went to the pasta cafe at takashimaya for our dinner. we each had our share of pasta, n ordered 2 portions of calamari to share~! yup~! we all luv calamari~! hehe...then we bought tingli a strawberry shortcake~! yupz~!

following tt, we made our way to cineleisure for fondue~! dunno watz the place called though. it is on the 2nd lvl juz in front of the escalator. yupz. then we went into our "picture taking mood" again. hehe. didnt bring my digicam cos i think itz gonna spoil le (sickening~!), so end up using my trusty 6230i. = P i muz complain tt the service is really bad. we were not even ushered to our seats n it took so long for the menu to be brought to us. in fact, we even had to ask for it~! then the fondue took all eternity also lah. i mean, we dun mind waiting, but it really took a ridulous eternity to be served to us. *faintz* thank GOD tt we were like entertaining ourselves~! haha...we were so so full after tt lah...yah loh...haha...so sinful loh~! lolz...

met up with jonaphine for a meal on friday. we ate at this chinese restaurant near maxwell market. asked the lady boss for recommendation n went ahead with it. guess wat? it was really ALOT~! we were so full~! 10 seafood + pork dumplings, 10 xiao long bao, n a chinese pizza~! yun dao~! n yes...urs truly did most of the work...haha~! so full after tt loh~!

after tt we went to walk around some bridal shops. there were really innumerous of them lah~! on the entire stretch of both sides of the road loh~! then some pple kept asking if we wanted to check out their packages. muahaha~! so funny.

for 1 reason or another, jonaphine was like, v ticklish yesterday. or maybe i was really tt humorous n witty? = P okie...nvm...next~! hehe~!

supposed to meet my "lao po's" to give huijun a surprise bday celebration. we dropped hints to let her keep the afternoon free oredi so she some sort of knew tt this thing would be going on. however, after zhiying's n huijun's japanese class in the morning, huijun (according to zhiying) was in a bad mood, n juz boarded a train to go home instead of going to town together to meet the rest of us. sigh...felt like we've been taken for granted. oh well. nothing we can do i guess. the female species is quite unpredictable. was almost reaching town when zhiying called to lemme know of this.

was gonna meet andy later on in the day, so went down to causeway point to like have lunch myself? how pathetic can tt get? i reached there at 1225hrs n was alone until about 1320hrs, when andy was "released" from his family gathering. haha. yup. headed down to town to watch "the maid"~! oh man~! it is a muz watch~! it is not juz a typical horror flick, but also explores the dark n sad side of man. also shows the result of obsession in superstitious n supernatural stuff.

yup. after the movie, was dinner. then hung out as usual. = ) a great day...well, he's like leaving for china tml oredi. im really gonna miss him~! >_<

received an sms from jason today, which came as a pleasant surprise. was juz thinking of how he was doing n was about to text him also. muahaha. he said he was in campus meeting up with his fyp supervisor, n tot of meeting up for a drink, which we did. i skipped 1 lecture - a really boring 1. hehe. we went to the cafe at the student activity centre, which is rather new. well, both of us haven been there before, so we went to check it out together. not all tt bad indeed~! except tt the food kindda smelt like hospital food. haha. otherwise, the ambience is not bad really~!

jas n i toked about a particular topic before, n we did again today - both of us r juz not cut out to be engineers~! muahaha~! oh well, juz gotta get thru this i guess. at least he's graduating soon. i juz started. yun dao. haha. of cos there were other stuff as well. we couldnt possibly bitch about this the whole time could we? = P

well, jas wanted to remind himself of wat it was like to be in a lecture, n juz how bad a slang my lecturer had, so we ended up in the lecture tt i decided to skip. hehe. we were chit-chatting there n stuff actually. not so much of listening to the lecture except when jason saw some important stuff being flashed on the screen, n highlighted to me. = P

yesterday was like my longest day of the week. sch starts at 0830h n ends at 1830h. really felt wiped out at the end of the day. however, still went ahead went to meet jonaphine at north point at for her 4-day-late bday treat. we ate at crystal jade. it was my 1st n probably last visit there. dun find the food worth the price man. or maybe it juz my type of chinese food lah. haha~! for chinese food, i'd prefer soup restaurant or golden peony anytime. oh well...= P

after dinner with her, walked around abit before making my way to meet andy at causeway point. we were intending to watch "the maid" but the tix were oredi sold out by the time andy wanted to purchase 'em. ended up watching "land of the dead". well, it was the typical gory-resident-evil-undead-eat-human kindda show. juz tt there's alot more gore than shows of the same genre~! = P think andy watched 2 much "happy tree friends" oredi. caught him sniggering a few times lah~! okokie...i admit tt i did too. muahaha~!

by the time the show finished, it was like quite late oredi, so i spent the nite at andy's place which is at woodlands. yupz~! really had a great time...= )

juz got home from andy's place. took a cab home cos all my stubble had grown out oredi~! n i tt caused me to look rather unkept despite the rest of the package. haha~! well, aloysius is feeling amazingly blessed...hehe~!

yesterday was rather rush for me. had a make-up lab in the afternoon which was supposed to finish at 1630h, but tried to finish it earlier, which my group n i did. we finished at about 1500h.

after tt, went to grab a quick lunch before meeting ivan at novena to collect the chalet keys from him for my bro's bday chalet. yes, my bro benjamin will be turning 21 on 11 aug. was really grateful to ivan for travelling all the way to east coast to collect the keys, and back to novena to meet me. the chalet was booked under his name u see. it was a under the nsf scheme. thanx so much ivan. hope the little token of appreciation "sufficed" (dunno wat other word to use) . muahaha~! = P

after tt, rushed home to pass my bro the chalet keys, then took a quick shower before heading to town to meet up with andy at 1945. thank God i managed to be on time - both of us r punctual individuals who dun really like pple being late. = P he's a real lovable boy. he'll be like leaving on 15 or 16 aug to china for his 3-month attachment. oh man~! i wun see him again until christmas~! >_< haha...

we hung out abit before catching the movie "seven swords". oh man, totally not my cup of tea, altho it was like a really expensive production. most of the action scenes were too fast for the eye, n the plot development was just so-so. some of the actors / actresses put up a real good performance though. after tt, we hung out at forum mcdonald's til about 0300h before heading home. been really long since ive hung out til so late. = P

reached home, bathed, slept n had a dream. i dreamt of this person, B, in my arms. we were like in a petshop, getting amazed n amused at all the cute animals there. haha~! it was like...so real. altho my dreams do actually come to pass, i dunno why i had such a dream, cos in reality, B belongs in the arms of another. really felt weird. 1st time ever i had such a dream - in all my dreams, i m single~! yun dao~! haha. it feels weird all the more when i was actually woken up by B's sms. oh well, i wun think so much about it. told B before also tt i wun be entertaining such tots also. haha. okokie...enuf oredi. juz wanted to pen some tots down, but i can be quite incoherent at times too. keke. = P

dotz. this is what zhili told me when i asked him how come he seemed so tall lah~! he's my sec sch fren. haven seen him since after collecting our 'o' lvl results. we were both about 1.75m then. i didnt expecting him to grow any much taller, but he did~! by 10 whole cm in fact~! i like kena suan lah~! haha. it was certainly great to see him around in sch. he's 1 of those who could really entertain me in sec sch. definately lost lotsa weight though. muahaha~! but still has the same jovial n sweet personality. = ) great to see my old pals around in sch as well. itz really great. i couldnt make it to the top JCs, so i decided to go to poly instead. among a few of us, we made an agreement to meet in uni, n here i m~! hehe...

met byrant di for dinner at jurong point. my dinner was pathetic lah. ordered this teriyaki pasta n the portion was like, to fill up a corner of my stomach. di had unagi rice, so it aint tt bad. haha. after tt, juz walked around abit in search of his hp casing. didnt expect jurong point to be sooooooooooooo pathetic. haha. couldnt find~! = P then headed for home oredi cos he has a math test tml~! >_< something happened which affected his mood. oh well, im not directly involved, so i guess i can only be here for him ba. yupz...

which was resulted in nothing. was supposed to meet up with jason today, but somehow, somewhat, we didnt meet. dunno the details in between - didnt find out either. for me, when my frenz have made prior arrangements to meet or whatsoever, but didnt follow thru, n on some occassions even have a break in contact, i juz cant help but get worried tt something may hav happened. yah...ttz juz me. not to mention if they were special frenz. well, was glad to know tt he was fine, although i was like worried for almost the whole day. yes. stupid, silly me. but hey, there was like an 8-hour interval of didnt-hear-from-u-since-the-last-sms kindda thing lah. i seriously was worried. nvm, i wun go into tt. wouldve preferred things to have turned out otherwise though, but i guess he has his reasons. not blaming him or anything. oh well. itz over oredi anyway.

well, i think i seriously m off today, n my potential illness is getting to my head (yes, i think im falling sick). despite my 0830h - 1830h schooling day, i met alex, my sec sch pal, for dinner, n caught "the island" at ps. dinner was at pasta mania. oh man~! we upsized our pasta for $2. BIG MISTAKE. we were like forcing ourselves to finish it lah~! soooooooooooooooooo much~! haha~! as for the island, yun dao. it was really exaggerated n the escape scenes in the movie were really "tyco". haha~! many scenes were quite amusing also. = P i wouldnt exactly recommend the show for itz story line, but u may wanna watch it for the lead actor n actress. scarlett johansson was really hot, n ewan mcgregor (some of u would know he's my fave actor) was sooooooooooo cute n suave~! muahaha~! okie...i think i'll end here n go sleep before i seriously fall sick. >_<

itz the end of the 1st week of sch. oh wait~! itz the end of the 1st week only. >_< haha~! *yun dao* well, starting to pick up the pace for studying oredi. i actually for the 1st time in my entire life started studying in the 1st week of sch~! haha...no choice i guess. really gotta pick up the pace. oh yah, i've spent like almost $200 on textbooks oredi~! n there is more to be bought~! got this laser printer as well. another $200+ there. oh man, hope i wont hav anymore areas of heavy investments. = P

well, another thing is regarding my fren, jason. i seriously dont understand why pple gotta react so negatively n strongly with regard to him being in the superstar project. i mean, is there even a need to? n what r the criticisms based on? i mean...there r like so many factors which contribute to being a performer. i dont see why jason should be put down like tt. in fact, it does take guts to be on the show. not to mention tt itz really tiring n time-consuming also. jason did put in efforts in his performances also n i believe this is obvious to those who watch the show. really hope pple can evaluate n think twice before putting jason down, cos seriously, i dont think itz fair to him. neither do i find it correct n productive. im not defending jason cos he's my fren - more than tt, i hope tt pple actually do see tt putting him down is a rather ugly n uncalled-for thing to do. most i would say, do not even know him. alot of the comments r so ungracious n doesnt exactly speak well of the pple who passed the comments either.

ttz all i gotta say i guess. if u r 1 of those i'm referring to, please do evaluate objectively, instead of taking offence to what i say n getting all worked up n stuff. = ) hope u can see where im coming from yeah?

yup, jason got into the next round, but i dunno whether to feel happy for him or not, cos of the things i've come to know. will juz play my role as a fren ba.

hao ba. i think i'll go hav a short nap n start on my tutorials. = P zZzzzzzzz........

well...received some inside info (which i shall not specify) from a fren regarding the project superstar...n tt made me disgusted n feel tt the whole thing is a scam...

mon (26 july) was my 1st day of sch...sch so far has been orite...n im really grateful tt i know some pple at ntu...n at the same time...hav jarrel (chang quan) in the same course as me...at least there is company when attending lectures...haha...yeah...as i was saying...sch has been orite until...they totally changed my time-table~! haha...quan n i were like kindda stunned cos we were dropped off 2 modules...n put on another 2 modules...all the timings for the other modules changed also~! *yun dao* haha...n due to the change of time-table...we had missed all the lectures on mon n tues~! haha...we kindda panicked also...but thank God we didnt hav to panick alone...muahaha...

okie...hopefully ntu has no more screw ups in the admin...n things will go smoothly from now...= P
